Talisman is a 3rd party Ethereum and Polkadot wallet created by the Talisman Team.

Crear o importar una nueva cartera

1. Visit the Talisman website and add the extension to your browser.

2. Once the extension is installed, open it.

3. After clicking the Get Started button, you will need to set a password.

4. Once you set your password and click Continue, you will need to answer a privacy question.

5. You will then get a welcome screen and need to click Enter Talisman.

6. Once you enter Talisman, you will see a dashboard.

Connect a wallet to Autonomys and find your wallet public address

Creating a new account

1. Click the Add account button and you will see a multi-tab screen.

2. Next click on New Polkadot account and you will be prompted to choose an account name.

3. After choosing a name and clicking Create, you will see some information about your recovery phrase.

4. Then click Acknowledge and Continue, and you will see your recovery phrase.

Protect Your Cryptocurrency Recovery Phrase at All Costs

Your recovery phrase (also known as a seed phrase) is the master key to your cryptocurrency wallet. Anyone with access to this phrase can take complete control of your funds. Never share it with anyone, never store it in unsecured digital platforms or emails, and always ensure you have a safe offline backup. Treat it like your most sensitive personal or financial information. If it’s exposed or lost, you could permanently lose access to your cryptocurrency.

5. You can either Verify the recovery phrase or Skip Verification and it will take you to the dashboard.

6. To get a public wallet address, you need to click Receive.

7. You can search for autonomys when selecting a network.

8. Clicking on the QR code icon and you will get a QR code and can click Copy Address to copy the address to your clipboard.

Importing an existing account

1. Click the Add account button and you will see a multi-tab screen.

2. Navigate to the Import tab.

3. Next, click Import via Recovery Phrase and select Polkadot.

4. Once you click the Import button, the screen will expand for you to choose a name for the account and enter your seed phrase.

5. To finish the import, client the Import button again.

¿Cómo puedo hacer una copia de seguridad de mi cartera?

1. You can backup/export your wallet. Click on the three dots in the top right to show the menu.

2. Next choose Export as JSON from the menu.

3. You will need to enter the password for your account and click Submit

4. Next you need to create a different password for the JSON.

5. After clicking Export, it will download your JSON file.
